Jumping into field biology at 14, Matt Fox has built a uniquely versatile career as a safari guide, game ranger, STEM educator, and wilderness adventurer, navigating conservation challenges around the globe. With an advanced degree in Restoration Ecology and training from prestigious wildlife organizations, Matt spearheads conservation efforts while educating students, experts, and fellow adventurers along the way.

As Programs Manager at the Endangered Wolf Center, he authored the Master Interpretive Guide on wolf reintroduction. His work with WWF Mongolia led to discovering a new vole species, and he served as an interpreter, learning Mongolian. From collaring painted dogs in Zimbabwe to restoring predator-prey balance in Washington, Matt’s adventures span from rainforests to deserts, urban jungles, and remote wilderness.
